Hi, Iโm Elizabeth! Yoga has been my space to grow, heal, and connect with my body, my mind, and myself. I practice from a place of understandingโhaving an elbow injury myself has taught me how to adapt, listen to my body, and connect with others who face challenges in their practice. I started Beyond Breath Yoga to create a space where yoga feels inclusive for everyone, regardless of experience, body, or ability.
Here, youโll find tips, stories, and resources to help you deepen your practice, move mindfully, and enjoy yoga in a way that feels good for you. Whether youโre a beginner or a longtime yogi, this is a space to explore, breathe, and grow together.

Hi! Iโm Elizabeth, a 24-year-old yoga teacher from NY with a deep love for movement, nature, and connection. Iโve been practicing yoga for about 8 years and am a 200-hour RYT, trained in teaching Hatha and Vinyasa styles. My own journey with yoga hasnโt been without challengesโan elbow injury has given me a personal understanding of the struggles that come with practicing yoga while managing injuries, and itโs inspired me to help make yoga accessible and approachable for everyone.
When Iโm not on the mat, youโll usually find me outdoors hiking, walking, or kayaking, and soaking up the beauty of nature. I also love spending time with my family, friends, and pets, who bring so much joy and grounding to my life. I love traveling, trying new foods, curling up with a good book, and crocheting.
